1) Items are based on first come first serve basis as usual.

2) Priority will be given to the buyers who can make fast payment.

3) Only SERIOUS BUYERs will be attended. Backout buyer without notice will be blacklisted and not allowed to make any reservations in the future.

4) Item(s) sold is/are not returnable and non exchangeable. Each and every single item will be ensured in good condition before posting out.

5) Items shown might be slightly different in terms of color due your screen setting etc or lighting during photography.

6) Price offered are fixed.

7) Postage cost exclude unless otherwise stated.

8) Deposit 50% is required for booking purpose and deposit will not be refunded if booking canceled.

9) Reservation only valid for 2days, if no payment make then we will cancel the order and open for sale without further noticed.

10) Payment must be made in 24hours after receiving quotation from us.

11) Item(s) will delivered upon payment clearance.

12) We are not responsible for any lost or damage incurred during shipping.

13) No cancellation once u have confirmed.

14) We will provide the tracking number for your reference.
